This edifice, located in the city center and neighboring the most prominent city landmarks such as the Mariacki Church and the City Hall, will serve as the Polish-German Center.

On the 1st floor:
- The Hanzeatic Chamber, with the market view, serving as a reception room with a décor relating to the historical traditions of the Hanza city
- The remaining chambers: a small conference room as well as utility and sanitary rooms
- The bay made of sandstone with ornaments and adornments serving as an optical center of the building, overlooking the market, the city hall and the Mariacki Church.
On the 2nd floor and in the Loft: office and conference rooms
